The education curricula on all levels need to include RRI aspects, promote innovative problem-solving and critical thinking
Curricula need to embed social, economic and ethical principles, promote engagement and an entrepreneurial mindset which empowers citizens to participate actively in R&I priority setting.
Research and education communities can facilitate educational opportunities linked to research as well as inter- and transdisciplinary approaches and stakeholder involvement.
Training is important both for responsible researchers as well as active citizens and will also improve the availability of skilled workforce and innovation capabilities.
